Copay Assistance for Commercially Insured Patients

Through the Copay Program,* Cell Therapy 360 will cover up to $10,000 of out-of-pocket costs for Bristol Myers Squibb CAR T cell therapy.

  • Covers expenses for the CAR T cell therapy product only

*The Cell Therapy 360 Copay Program has a $10,000 limit. Patients must be commercially or privately insured. The program is not available for patients who are enrolled in Medicare, Medicaid, TRICARE, the Veterans Affairs (VA), or any other federal or state healthcare program. The program will cover the out-of-pocket expenses of the Bristol Myers Squibb product only. It does not cover the costs of any other healthcare provider charges or any other treatment costs. Patients are responsible for non-drug-related out-of-pocket costs. Additional eligibility requirements may apply. Bristol Myers Squibb reserves the right to rescind, revoke, or amend this program without notice.

Additional assistance may be available for patients who have commercial insurance with no out-of-pocket maximum.


Enabling Access to CAR T Cell Therapy Product for Uninsured Patients

Your patients may be eligible if they are uninsured or have insurance that excludes coverage for CAR T cell therapy product and have financial need.

  • Eligible patients have a household income of no more than 600% of the federal poverty level

Supporting Temperature Monitoring After the Infusion

Patients can receive disposable wearable technology during the initial post-infusion monitoring period (at least 4 weeks)—they can then track their temperature in real time through their smart device (phone or tablet) when outside the hospital setting.

  • Patients are instructed to call their healthcare provider or go to the hospital if their temperature is 100.4 ˚F/38.0 ˚C or higher

Cell Therapy 360 may be able to assist patients who need to relocate during the treatment and initial post-infusion monitoring period. Eligibility requirements apply.
