†The program is not available for patients who are enrolled in Medicare, Medicaid, TRICARE, the Veterans Affairs (VA), or any other federal or state healthcare program. The program will cover the out-of-pocket expenses of the Bristol Myers Squibb product only. Limitations apply. It does not cover the costs of any other healthcare provider charges or any other treatment costs. Patients are responsible for non-drug-related out-of-pocket costs.
